Bamboo Tools
For our traditional matcha whisks and wooden tools, please rinse gently with warm water after use. Do not use soap. Allow to air dry completely on a whisk stand or upright to maintain the shape of the tines.
Textiles & Bags
Our insulated delivery bags and textile organizers should be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this may compromise the structural integrity.
